Real De Castilla Cigars, LLC, will be referred to as "the company", "this company", "we". "our" or "RDC Cigars" for the purposes of this legal notice.

WAIVER: The company and all of its associates is not responsible and will not be held liable for any damage done to products during transport or while in possession of the customer. Should any of our products be lost in transport, it it the customer's responsibility to reach out to the responsible parcel delivery carrier to track, recover, or receive repayment for lost parcel. The company will support these request with a letter that will confirm the contents and value of the parcel in question.

WEBSITE STATEMENTS: All statements found in our website are strictly for the purpose of marketing communications and do not reflect the belief or opinion of all of our employees and/or associates. Any and all "Flavor Profile" notes on our tobacco products represent naturally occurring notes due to the mixture and percentages of the various tobacco components of our tobacco products. 

PRODUCT CONSTITUTION: No artificial or added flavorings or oils have been used to enhance or alter the makeup of our cigars. Real De Castilla Cigars and its manufacturing associates are committed to deliver the finest products with the highest grade tobaccos available. As cigars are subjective to personal preferences we request that any costumers who find our cigars to be outside of their preference to address our cigars with respect while acknowledging the craft, quality, and overall presentation of our cigars. Should any of our customers have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to info@rdc-cigars.com and we will do our best to either answer or accommodate your request.

PACT ACT REPORTING: Should the company be required to subscribe to and report out of state sales, or sales to customer within recognized tribal nations in the United States, any and all required information about orders made from outside of Pennsylvania state lines (customer name, address, quantity of tobacco products sold, and date(s) of purchases within any given month) will be reported to the Commonwealth with the purpose of complying and supporting the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act as required and described by this act and any and all reporting requirements by the state in which this company is registered in.
