***PLEASE BE ADVISED TO KEEP ALL TOBACCO PRODUCTS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN OR ANYONE WHO IS NOT OF LEGAL SMOKING AGE***
CIGARS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Should you find any of your cigars showing visible damage on the wrapper (tearing, unravelling, or severe discoloration), or should your cigar severely show burn issues or deform during the consumption process causing draw issues (a brutally tight draw), please email us with a detailed description of the issue, the lighting method and tool you used to light said cigar, plus photos of the damage to info@rdc-cigars.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Should we confirm the described damage to be true and at no fault of the customer's actions, we will send you an email in which you can either opt in for a replacement cigar (shipping on us), or credit on your account for future purchases.
ALL BRANDED, NON-TOBACCO MERCHANDISE IS RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Submit a return request within 30 days of purchase and the reason for the return and we will email you a shipping label at no cost to you. There is a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the returned or exchanged item for standard run (regularly offerings or unlimited releases) apparel, cigar accessories such as cutter, lighters, pokers, large print merchandise such as flags, banners or posters, non-branded tools such as hygrometers and limited and/or collectible products such as Ashtrays, Humidors, Limited Apparel Collections, and any other brand-related Limited Merchandise.
Return shipping is always on us.
All restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER MISHANDLING OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. MISHANDLING OUR PRODUCTS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: STORING OUR CIGARS IN INAPPROPRIATE AND HARMFUL ENVIRONMENTS WHERE THEY CAN BECOME OVER-HUMIDIFIED, DRY OUT AND/OR CRACK. THE USE OF IMPROPER LIGHTING TECHNIQUES CAN CAUSE CIGARS TO CANOE AND/OR BURN UNEVENLY. CONSUMING CIGARS TOO FAST OR IN WINDY OR EXCESSIVELY HUMID ENVIRONMENTS WILL CAUSE CIGARS TO BURN UNEVENLY, BURN TOO HOT, OR COLLECT INTERNAL MOISTURE WHICH WILL CAUSE A TIGHT DRAW AND AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. NEVER USE KEROSENE FUELED LIGHTERS AS THE ODOR OF THE KEROSENE WILL RUIN THE FLAVOR AND SMOKING EXPERIENCE OF OUR CIGARS. ALWAYS USE BUTANE-FUELED SOFT/TORCH FLAME LIGHTERS, LONG MATCHES, OR CEDAR STRIPS TO LIGHT OUR CIGARS; *DISPOSABLE LIGHTERS SUCH AS BIC LIGHTERS ARE ACCEPTABLE AS THEY USE ODORLESS FUEL*.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROPER CARE AND LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS AS WELL AS UNWILLINGNESS TO DISCLOSE ANY AND ALL IRRESPONSIBLE MISHANDLING OF OUR PRODUCTS WILL RESULT IN OUR REFUSAL TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND THE DAMAGED ITEM IN YOUR RETURN REQUEST.
RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE. WE WILL SEND RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL OR LINK IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
ALL NON-TOBACCO MERCHANDISE AND ACCESSORIES CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, MINUS RESTOCKING FEE BASED ON WHETHER THE PRODUCT IS A STANDARD RELEASE OR A LIMITED COLLECTIBLE RELEASE.
